The venue was well priced, I truly enjoyed the stay. The location was brilliant adjacent to both the bus station and the cathedral.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Santiago de Compostela, local activities, the cathedral, and city views. The staff team is fantastic and amazing, always available and keeping the hotel clean.

I stayed on the 5th level and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms with both a bath and a shower. It was a nice bonus to have both options. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the central location made it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Very central location, a short walk from the city centre but with the advantage of being far enough away to be able to rest well and without noise.

The elevator only goes to the fifth floor, we were accommodated on the sixth, so we had to walk up this last stretch of the stairs. Something we don't find very relevant in a category 3* hotel.. The buffet breakfast they offer is not very worthwhile, we did not go down at the last moment and even so the offer was scarce, with a perceived lack of replenishment. Moreover, nobody in the room to remove and clean the tables used and leave room for the next ones, the second day we had breakfast on a dirty table.
